Who Has the Most Money to Spend in NFL Free Agency
USASaturday, March 14, 2026
A big change happened when Tennessee released cornerback L’Jarius Sneed. They saved more than $11 million in salary cap money, putting them at the top spot for teams that can spend next week. The Titans used the extra space to add players such as Alontae Taylor and Cor’dale Flott. Washington also has a lot of free‑agent room after adding Rachaad White, Odafe Oweh, Charles Omenihu and Chigoziem Okonkwo.
The Arizona Cardinals are third on the list for available cap space. They did not spend much early in the week but added guard Isaac Seumalo at a reasonable price. Baltimore and Los Angeles also have large budgets, but they tend to look for younger players instead of big names. The Ravens, for example, want to lock up quarterback Lamar Jackson with a new contract.
There is still speculation about wide receiver A. J. Brown. New England and the Rams want him, while Philadelphia says a first‑round pick and a second‑round pick would be enough. No trade has been made yet, but fans will watch the next week for any movement.
