Winter's Winding Snowy Path

Many people were still cleaning up from one winter storm that hit the Northeast, leaving schools and homes covered in ice. It was a new weekend. Another storm was coming. This time it was heading towards a long spot from the Midwest to the East Coast. It was a cold and wintry mix. Why does the weather do this? The South had rain. The North had snow. Why not sun for everyone? It was the second huge storm. the weather seems to have a mind of its own. People were surprised about the sudden changes. The air temperatures danced from warm to cold. New York City was right in between the cold and the warm weather. It would get a bit of everything. The sky would be filled with something. But it wasn't just snow. Some people could see icy sleet and freezing rain.

The NY weather service tried to warn people. It was predicted that daytime on Saturday. It was going to be messy. The big question is why? Why does this happen? How does weather work? lots of people had questions about the weather. It was a mix of snow and rain and ice. Some weather patterns did not unfold as planned. The weather service did not know what to expect and this left a lot of people feeling stuck in the weather. What if the weather changed again? It was another big storm coming later. The hope is that this is not the last time there is a storm this winter.
