Explore Your Fitbit Data with New Insights Tool
USAWednesday, October 9, 2024
But wait, there’s more! This tool looks at data like steps, Active Zone Minutes, sleep duration, heart rate, and even bedtimes. But here’s the catch: it might take up to 48 hours for your latest data to show up. And sometimes, it might give you wrong info because, well, AI isn’t perfect yet.
Think of it like a chatbot that doesn’t remember what you said before. It’s powered by Google’s Personal Health Large Language Model. Right now, only a few lucky folks can try it out. If you’re one of them, you’ll see a new “Fitbit Labs” section in your Fitbit app on Android.
To join the fun, you need to have a Premium subscription, use the Fitbit app in the US, be at least 18, and sign in with a Google Account. If the lab is full, you can join the waitlist.
